Welcome! 011ART.com presents my work - design, digital art and most of all fractals. More about fractals and connection between mathematics and art, you will find in theoretical basis section. I offer you an interesting journey through galleries, where you can find great number of artwork. Shop has categories – galleries, where you can buy Royalty Free Images, Prints, Framed Art, Products (t-shirts, mugs, calendars), Exclusive Images, Unique Prints and very soon HD Animation - Video Stock, Design Templates, Fashion Patterns. Online shopping from this site is possible through many licensed distributors. In "latest news", will be informed about all locations where you can see my pictures live, and also about projects which I’m preparing soon.
All fractals are made in Fractal Explorer and Apophysis software and almost all exposed pictures are pure fractals - not treated by other software. Multifarious spectrum of visual associations originates from fractal projection and beside prints and framed art I enjoy practical use of fractals in fashion, promotional design, video clips and many other craft and art fields. |

This is what FRACTAL FAQ says - fractal is a rough or fragmented geometric shape, that can be divided
in parts, each of which is a small-shaped copy of the whole. They are mathematical structures known as
Sierpinski triangle, Koch snowflake, Peano curve, Mandelbrot set, Lorenz attractor... they tend sometimes
to resemble nature's creatures or shapes, so by looking at them you might see flowers, clouds even Buddha
in some cases. Objects in nature are not formed as squares or triangles - coastlines resemble fractals for
instance.
Many create fractals for fun, many create them as a way of artistic expression but mathematicians use
fractals to describe, for instance, organic materials instead of using curves and lines, model soil erosion
and to analyze seismic patterns. Fractals seem very complex, with random shape, but many of them are
generated by using simple formula. Of course, Fractals and Chaos are more-less new branches of maths,
since they cannot be explored without powerful computers. But fractals also can be described as a bond
between maths and arts. ... READ MORE |
